How do I create an account?

You can create a new account by clicking LOGIN at the top right (on the homepage and on all other pages of the site). A window will open: click REGISTER and fill out the registration form.

The following information is required to create an account: first name, last name, email address, and a personal password. You can change your personal information at any time. This information is used for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and will not be transmitted to third parties.

How do I change my account password?

To change your password, once you're logged in, click PROFILE. Here you will find the link to proceed: set the new password and click SAVE.


When will my order be shipped?

Items are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order. However, it is possible that during the period of some promotions shipments may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipments are by courier.  The shipping cost for Italy, including the  islands, is 8 € and free for orders with a minimum amount of 30€.  For shipments abroad, please visit the Shipping Methods and Costs page.

Can I add an item to an order that has already been completed?

Sorry, but you can't add an item to a completed order.

How do I make a return?

Items can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. For more information, please visit the Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Complaints page.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the return at the warehouses of Toscana Carte Pregiate Srl (owner of the Kartos brand) at Via Calamandrei, 32 - 51018, Pieve a Nievole (PT) - Italy, the items will be verified, and a credit corresponding to the order amount will be issued. What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Our items are checked by our quality control department before being shipped.  In the case you receive a defective item, we invite you to send an email to specifying the order number and item code and attaching photos to allow us to verify the defect.

It is specified that items damaged by normal wear, accident or improper use, will not be considered defective.
