Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The request for withdrawal must be made within the established deadlines, presenting an explicit written declaration / communication, by e-mail or fax, specifying all the sales data:

    • sender

    • invoice number

    • order number

With regard to returns , all goods purchased must be returned intact, packed in their original packaging and without any missing items within the established deadlines,

The latter can be shipped to TOSCANA CARTE PREGIATE S.R.L. - Via Calamandrei, 32 - 51018, Pieve a Nievole (PT) – Italy.

The return costs will be entirely borne by the Customer who is responsible for the goods and, therefore, will not be compensated by TOSCANA CARTE PREGIATE S.R.L. in case the goods are lost or damaged.

Once the goods have been received, TOSCANA CARTE PREGIATE S.R.L. will issue a credit note for the entire payment / amount paid by the Customer, in relation to the returned order. In the event that the Customer decides not to buy any other goods the credit will be refunded, within 14 days, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

Note: In case of inconsistencies, discrepancies or differences of interpretation between the Italian version and any other language version of this page, the Italian version will prevail.
